Orientir is developing dynamically and traditionally sets new trends in the warehousing real estate market. Orientir has a pioneering role in building specialized facilities for retail companies - multi-temperature warehouses, distribution centers, fulfillment centers for e-commerce, pharmaceutical warehouses and complex production facilities. We work on build-to-suit single-tenant projects and today we build every second large warehouse for such a project in Russia.

2013 Company established. Sever-1 Logistics Park, one of the largest warehouses, was opened and subsequently leased by IKEA.

2014OBI set up its Federal distribution center in Sever-2 Logistics Park.

2015 – The deal closed for construction of the warehouse-freezer for Miratorg.

2016 – Sever-2 Logistics Park Project was awarded at Commercial Real Estate Awards, nominated as Warehouse Complex of the Year in Russia.

2017 – Orientir was awarded for the Leasing Deal of the Year at Commercial Real Estate Awards 2017 for the federal O’KEY distribution center with over 60.000 sq.m of leased space. Investment sale of Sever-2 Logistics Park to Raven Russia, British Company.

2018 – Multi-temperature distribution center for X5 Retail Group won the award at Commercial Real Estate Awards 2018, nominated as Warehouse Complex of the Year in Russia. The Governor of the Moscow Region officially opened the largest multi-temperature distribution center for Utkonos online hypermarket.

2019 – The project was awarded by the Governor of the Moscow Region as the Best Industrial Park. Orientir was awarded for the Leasing Deal of the Year at Commercial Real Estate Awards 2019 for OZON fulfillment center with 122.000 sq. m of leased space.
